Established in 1987, the idea behind Topspin was to make custom made racquets that would suit players of all ages and all levels. This idea pioneered Topspin into the future and custom made racquets are still being offered to players all over the world.

Topspin began with just 50 racquets. After selling all 50 racquets, Topspin purchased 100 racquets for their customers. After great success, Topspin invested money into more racquets and eventually expanded their line to strings, grips, apparel, and more. The rest is history as we know it.

The success of Topspin could not have been achieved without many of the ATP and WTA players who represented the Topspin spirit. Wheelchair tennis is a "hobby" and Topspin works with many well known players and supports various tournaments in many countries.

Topspin is looking forward to becoming a worldwide leader for Play & Stay products. Additionally, Topspin will be launching several projects in Africa to support and develop tennis in these countries.
